New Joint venture to Provide Full SMSF Administrative
Service
We are pleased to announce a new initiative re the
administration of our clients’ Self Managed Superannuation
accounts.
As of the 1st July 2010, the Pentad Group and CHN Herold Ross, a
chartered accounting firm based in Ringwood, commenced a joint
venture partnership in a new company, Moneta Super Pty Ltd, an independent body providing full
administrative and compliance services for Self Managed
Superannuation Funds (SMSF). Initially, Moneta Super will service
the SMSF accounts of The Pentad Group and CHN Herold Ross,
previously separately managed by each company.
The directors of CHN Herold Ross have been well known and
respected by us for a number of years. In that time, the directors
of each firm have become aware that we are like-minded
professionals and that many synergies present within each of our
businesses.
The Pentad Group’s manager of Self Managed Superannuation
Services Ashok Tulsiani will head up the new organisation. As an
independent body, Moneta Super's services are available to any SMSF
account including those of accounting firms that wish to make use
of Moneta Super’s specialised expertise and economies of scale.
“We are positioning the company to provide a cost effective,
independent SMSF admin service that will be attractive to
individuals and small accounting firms that can utilise our
